PowerUp

Workout Planner // Tracker

A workout tracker that treats training like a long-running game you play against yourself. Build a program, log what you actually lift, and watch it become personal bests, strength ratings, XP, and 116 achievements - 47 of them hidden.

The operating principles

Built to respect the lifter

01

Local-first

Your training history lives on your device as readable data. No account, no cloud, no telemetry. The app works offline once loaded.

02

The plan learns from you

Targets update from what you actually lifted - but only when you say so. No silent auto-increments, no punishing linear progression.

03

Positive-only feedback

Green for wins, neutral for everything else. There is no red failure state anywhere. Missed sessions reschedule instead of shaming.

04

Every variant counts

Incline dumbbell bench is not flat barbell bench. PBs and 1RM graphs are tracked per exact variant, so your progress charts mean something.

05

Game-shaped, with depth

XP with a real level curve, strength ratings against published standards, auto-tracking goals, and 116 achievements written with affection.

06

Honest by design

Ratings only appear when there is enough data to mean something, and the app tells you plainly what its standards do and do not account for.

Read before you rely on it

PowerUp is in active development. The build behind the launch button is a working prototype: features may change, and until backup/export ships, your data lives only in this browser on this device. Clearing site data clears your training history.
